We’re delighted with the success we’ve had with the recent release of Marketpoint CRM 3.0 to continue the leading edge approach we’ve taken since the original launch of the World’s 1st web-based CRM back in the Nineties. UX and CX are indeed massively important to us, but when you combine this with our ‘CRM as a Service’ approach, this really makes us stand out from our competition.

This all ties in nicely with our NACCENT Global Contact Centre Network for a global reach, whilst still ensuring a local, personalised service. Data management, lead tracking and nurturing can all take place with local agents, while our cloud-based technology platform allows you to view your progress and data live, from anywhere in the world.

This global coverage, response management and cloud technology also provides 3 key ingredients for our successful product recall service. This ensures that recalls & crises are handled diligently, using the most effective modern digital channels & tracking processes.

And last but not least, we have Zuant,  a mobile lead capture application typically used at trade shows or ‘on the road’.
